Mission

House of Turkey, a nonprofit cultural organization located in Balboa Park, San Diego, promotes universal awareness of the diversity and richness of the Turkish culture, country, and people.

Through international relations and cultural activities featuring social events, music, arts and crafts, traditional dances, and food, House of Turkey elevates better understanding of the Turkish way of life, its democratic policies, and peaceful choices in global decisions. These activities help to educate visitors, promote good citizenship, and unite people of all cultures in friendship.
